Terms and Conditions for WhatsPro

Introduction
Welcome to WhatsPro, a specialized service for sending marketing messages via WhatsApp using advanced technologies. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the service. Your use of the service indicates your acceptance of all the terms outlined below, which may be updated from time to time in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Subscription and Service Usage

1.1 Subscription Requirements:

  • The subscription is available only to individuals or businesses legally authorized to manage commercial WhatsApp accounts.

  • Subscribers must provide accurate and correct information during registration and are solely responsible for the accuracy of the provided data.

  • The subscriber acknowledges full responsibility for any activities conducted through their account, including any violations or misuse of the service.

1.2 Service Operation:

  • Messages are sent according to the settings specified by the customer. Sending messages at inappropriate times (such as dawn or after midnight) is prohibited to avoid being blocked by the service provider (Meta).

  • Any illegal or unethical use of the service may result in permanent account suspension without compensation.

1.3 Customer Responsibility:

  • The customer acknowledges full responsibility for the content sent through WhatsPro and bears all legal consequences for any illegal or non-compliant content under Saudi regulations.

  • The service does not guarantee the delivery of all messages, as it is subject to Meta’s policies and other technical conditions.

2. Payment and Subscriptions

2.1 Payment Methods:

  • Payments are accepted via Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, or bank transfer.

  • The full subscription amount must be paid upfront, and the service will be activated only after payment confirmation.

2.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Subscriptions can be canceled within 48 hours of payment with a full refund.

  • After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

  • If the service is suspended due to a violation of terms, no payments will be refunded.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 No Warranty:

  • The service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of 100% uptime, due to external factors (such as changes in Meta’s policies).

  • The company is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the service, including data loss or number blocking by Meta.

3.2 Temporary or Permanent Suspension of Service:

  • The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service at any time if violations of the terms are detected.

  • The company assumes no liability for any damages resulting from service suspension or technical adjustments imposed by the service provider (Meta).

4. Illegal and Prohibited Use

4.1 Prohibited Actions:

  • Sending unsolicited messages (spam) or fraudulent content.

  • Using the service for illegal or unethical purposes or in violation of Saudi regulations.

  • Sharing login credentials with third parties without prior permission from the company.

4.2 Legal Consequences of Violations:

  • In the event of a violation of any of the above terms, the company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service without prior notice and without refund.

  • The company has the right to take legal action against violators and seek compensation for any damages resulting from misuse.

5. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

5.1 Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes will be resolved by the competent Saudi courts.

5.2 Dispute Resolution Mechanism:

  • Any disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiation first. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be escalated to the competent judicial authorities.
